Ha Tinh is 341 Km south of Ha Noi. It borders Lao in the West, ocean on the East. Mountains and forests cover almost all the land. Due to dynamic geography, the climate here changes rigorously  during the year. There are usually heavy rains and storms in September and October, floods in April and May. Ha Tinh is yet very hot in June and July. Ha Tin is blesses with beautiful landscapes. The sandy beaches are always look attractive with transparent water.
